I’ve been a fan of PVI for 23 years. As a professional Purchasing Agent I have the responsibility of providing my company with the best office furniture available at the most economical cost. Over the years I’ve purchased from all the big names in the country but I would rate PVI superior to all of them because of their strong commitment to their customers, and their ability to get things done. If you need repairs made to your existing furniture or keys and locks replaced, you can depend on PVI to get it done. For a small independent company they have the unique ability to provide quality furniture and service at a reasonable price. They have a great product line and you can depend on them to delivery on-time every time. I would rate their customer service as exceptional, and furthermore, they don’t mine using their vast knowledge and resources to help you find the appropriate product for your organization. It does not matter to them how small or large your order is you get the same superior customer service and treatment. Their employees are well trained and are some of the nicest and most knowledgeable people you will find in the office furniture business. I would recommend them to any company.

I am a vendor of PVI Office Furniture since January 1993. Above being a vendor for close to 25 years, I have also become a personal friend of Mark’s and have always admired his success. I rarely reach out to a business owner/operator regarding my experience with their establishment. Most recently, I was in need of several furniture pieces for our new office. I had not heard of PVI until I saw your commercial (perfect timing). My sales rep was Dan Christensen and he went above and beyond to ensure that I got everything that I needed which included drawing some layouts during my visit to the Frederick location as well as several email exchanges to include pictures and sizes of items I needed further details about. When it came time for delivery, I had two or three communications with Joe as our delivery was scheduled as the snow storm of the season hit our area. Joe’s communication was great. On delivery day, Joe, Eric and third guy (didn’t catch his name) were wonderful. They were forced with maneuvering their set up around a crazy crew of office movers. Joe and Eric are as wonderful as Dan with respect to their positions. As the executive director with about 150 employees, I truly understand what it means when you find employees such as Dan, Joe and Eric. They represent your company wonderfully and I will most definitely use you again for future purchases.
