Sales and Marketing Assistant

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

REQUIREMENTS: A team player with good communication and organizational skills, and computer literate in Peachtree, Word, Excel, WordPress, and all Social Media.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide support to all operations as it relates to the web site, social media, sales, warehouse, and administration as directed.


  • Help establish and update on-hand inventory system
    • Set up and maintenance
    • File uploads
    • Costing
  • Help establish and implement a purchasing function and system
    • Vendor Setup
    • Develop Purchasing Flow
    • Receiving, Approval, and Payment System
  • Keep website updated as directed, adding photos, landing pages, blog posts, etc
  • Update all social Media sites with posts and pictures
  • Manage the Chat feature on the website.
    • Establish and manage a schedule for Sales to monitor Chat
    • Track activity
    • Report monthly numbers and results
  • Distribute and track web leads and Facebook leads
    • Monitor and report sales made from this source
  • Manage “wholesale” business to other dealers
  • Help establish and manage a National Account landing page
  • Manage orders that come in over the website
  • Help with IT troubleshooting

MONTHLY – Review the Sales Open Order Report for closure

AS NEEDED – Research, written communications, special projects

Salary: Based upon Technical and Industry Experience
