PVI Is Pleased to Offer Our Office Furniture Rental Program

This program allows you to rent office furniture for your workspace on a month-to-month basis for a short-term or long-term need.

Delivery Charges

Delivery: $100.00 (minimum)
Pick Up: $100.00 (minimum)

Supplementary charges may be assessed as required for additional furniture that is rented and based on our ability to provide the furniture to your location in the Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC area.

We require that you have a loading dock and elevator in your building to ensure efficient delivery. If your building is only staircase accessible, additional delivery fees will be charged. We ask that you pay all delivery fees and the first month’s rental fee prior to delivery. Billing will continue to be charged on a monthly basis on the 1st of each month. Maryland sales tax is applied to the entire monthly payment. As the renter of our furniture, you assume all responsibility for the furniture and must provide adequate insurance to cover all furniture in your possession during the duration of your rental program with PVI.
